No. Simply dine at any partner restaurant as you normally would, pay your bill, and then submit it in the app afterwards. There is no need to check in, scan a QR code, or inform the restaurant staff.

Once your claim is approved, cashback is typically transferred within 24–48 hours. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing schedule. You can track the status of every claim inside the app.

Claims may be rejected if the bill image is unclear or altered, the transaction ID does not match our partner records, the bill was submitted after the claim window expired, or the same bill was submitted more than once. If you believe your claim was rejected in error, contact support@madyra.com with your submission details.

Yes, a minimum balance is required before you can initiate a withdrawal. The current threshold is displayed in the app wallet section. Once reached, your cashback is transferred automatically to your registered IBAN.

All current partner restaurants are listed on the map and partner screen inside the app. We are currently active in Jeddah and expanding across Saudi Arabia. Look for the Madyra partner badge displayed at the restaurant.

Your IBAN is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted only over TLS-encrypted connections. All cashback transfers are executed through a fully automated, encrypted pipeline — no Madyra staff member has direct access to your financial data. We follow PCI-DSS standards for all payment-related handling.

Yes. Email support@madyra.com to request account deletion. Your bill images, IBAN, phone hash, and personal details will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Saudi financial regulations, after which they are also permanently deleted. You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete.

No. Madyra uses only your Saudi phone number for account creation and authentication. We do not use Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or any social media login. Your phone number is stored as an irreversible cryptographic hash — it cannot be read or recovered by anyone.
